And that means... we're going to have to employ more tactics.

We as a community are going to have to begin judging when and when not we can run to Fandom Staff for issues. They've been these intimidating higher-ups for a long time and Kimberton very much does not want that

I believe our solution is to judge each situation as a community. In the case of DOAWKB and what they subjected Trrent to, we should have told Fandom. If there's internal disagreements that can be solved on our own, we don't. When it gets truly serious we as a community should step forward without slandering the trolls and tell Fandom Staff to deal with them so we can all move on and as for all of the smaller stuff (Which is 95% of what we deal with) we continue to preach the same mindset we always have: We are an independent group who can figure things out on our own and that we can utilize the independence we are given to work things out and make peace a bit better.

We cannot shy away from Fandom Staff when it gets truly serious. Think your MikeStan, your Shawn, your DOAWKB. When it becomes too much, we need support.

But we also must preach community and independence. We can work almost everything out on our own as we always have. But when we need to rally, we NEED to rally better in order to keep ourselves okay as a group. We can have their help without being scared of them and keep those who abuse the system at bay if we squash them first.

We will improve. We will fight, and we will be stronger for it. Please, listen to me here.
