[PITCH]
High School Smoking
What is it —
A standalone female-centric spin-off/continuity reboot of Total Drama that takes two characters from what is considered to be the worst or weakest season of the series or "Original Continuity" and actually does something interesting with them in a surreal horror story.
PREMISE:
Sky Ahenakew, age 16, is a down-on-her-luck teen who couldn't have dug herself into a deeper hole that she can barely get out of more so than we speak. An aspiring athlete who dreams of making it to the Olympics and an overachieving cheerleader captain, she always sets her sights on whatever is the big win in any given scenario. But Sky, it turns out, has stretched herself way too thin and now owes money to her rival and cruel queen bee Amy Lundgren, with the worst part for her being that if she doesn't pay up the debt she's racked up than she'll reveal her dirty secret that she's been taking steroids and cheating lately as she's the one who's been supplying Sky with the drug and in doing so by blackmailing, Amy discovers another secret that this time Sky wished no one would ever have learned about her and it's that she's partially deaf from a slight hearing loss.
It's here though that she then offers Sky a solution to all their problems — Sky will use her athletic and cheerleading skills to help Amy break into her parents' safe and Amy keeps everything she's learned to herself and herself only with her giving Sky something that will solve her hearing in the process, it's a surgery she'll undergo by her family surgeon to place an owl's auditory system into her, that is if she agrees to it.
With no other option, Sky agrees.
The surgery is a success and Sky has a definite personality change as she successfully performs the break-in with Amy. But once she gets a sniff at all the Lundgren family money, Sky pulls out a six-shooter and shoots Amy dead. Then as she's walking off with all the cold hard cash, Amy rises from the dead and her bullet holes regenerate in front of a shocked and horrified Sky's eyes.
It's here that certain "bugs" that Sky was warned about kick in as she starts coughing up bloody feathers, culminating in her jaw cracking open to reveal a beak and her head spinning around.
Restrained to a billiards table, Amy explains all to Sky. She was using her this whole time to test out the newest serum she had created, you see not only was she disguised as her "family surgeon" through a ghastly created skin but her parents are dead, have been for a long time now, her father was a billionaire surgeon that she used certain parts from his notes to create her own twisted serum to help her get ahead in life easier and better, had developed a new one with owl attributes and needed a guinea pig to test it out on. However, things take one more unexpected turn when Amy offers Sky another solution that this time isn't any deception. The former is more than impressed with the latter's skills and cunnery so instead of killing her, Amy says she'll put Sky back to the way she was albeit with the same abilities she has if she agrees to be her girlfriend and future wife to which Sky once again has no choice but to accept.
Amy is delighted as she pulls out a plaster saw, a shocked Sky says she said yes, but Amy then tells her she never said the surgery wouldn't be painless now would it as she performs the operation on a helpless Sky, laughing maniacally the entire time.
