Hot take: I'd keep him as he is.

I believe that what was going on with Dave was the intended point of his character - I feel like he was supposed to be a deconstruction of the whole "love at the first sight" cliche and putting it in a realistic context. I also think his character was also supposed to mock people who look down on others, while they're not perfect themselves. Even before Dave went crazy, he'd often insist on how he was "the most normal" out of everyone (despite his huge germaphobia). Hell, even his own label is "The Normal Guy". But it soon becomes really ironic when Dave becomes easily the most insane out of everyone in the finale (except Chris who put the campers through God knows how many life-risking challenges)

Ok, so in short, Taylor misinterpreted Charli XCX's Sympathy is a Knife, which she wrote about her own insecurites as a popstar and how she wishes she had as much confidence as other big names in the industry.

In response, Taylor wrote Actually Romantic, in which she's tearing Charli down in the most laughable way possible, claiming that's she's obsessed with her, which really isn't the case.

I mean, I don't even listen to her nowadays, and she already lost a lot of respect in my eyes, but writing Actually Romantic is probably one of the most appaling things she could ever do to her image

And not just that, their birthday gifts are the same as their Christmas gifts, while the rest of us get both... my own Mom can confirm...
