Honestly. The fact that this season took almost a year to finish did kinda make me get tired of it near the end. I'm actually kinda glad it's ending, even though it's still probably my favorite season we've gotten so far.

You're probably right then in the sense that the reboot was probably fully written by the time Beta DC2 wrapped up. But Reboot Part 1 "leaked" in April of 2023, but only in the sense that it had released in Italy way before everywhere else, and it didn't exactly take long for someone to upload the entire season to google drive and mega from there, and then the second half of the Beta DC2 finale released a few days later.

"Prillie finale conflict walked so Jaiden finale conflict could run" I mean. Technically Beta DC2 came out before the Italian release of the TDI Reboot soooo

I feel like if DC2 was made today (and not held to the same constraints the remake would have to be that get in the way of this canonically happening), this would've been this season's dedicated VR-challenge that every season has except this one.

One of the more sane Yul fans I've seen is the YouTuber Lechgang, and while she doesn't want Yul dead per se (in fact if you've seen anything about her it would be that one clip of her getting genuinely upset about a scene where he gets his face burned by a grill, which even she admits she was kinda overreacting in hindsight), but she's made it very clear that she only likes him as a character and not as a person.

Apparently the bed scene at the start of the episode was a reference to that one scene in Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World. If you've seen the movie you'll know the one.
