Trivia[]
General[]
- This is the first special of Total DramaRama that's more than 20 minutes long.
- This is also the first 40 minutes long special of the Total Drama franchise since Celebrity Manhunt's Total Drama Action Reunion Special.
- This episode uses a different opening sequence from the rest of the series, with Sugar and Lightning being added, Jude being removed, Gwen and Harold being dressed up as ants, and the Auntie Ant lunchboxes being the cause of the chaos that occurs.
- The vehicles used by the children (a plane, a train, and a blimp) coincidentally is a callback to Planes, Trains, and Hot Air Mobiles.
- Jude goes unseen and unmentioned for the entirety of the episode despite all of the other main characters having major roles in the episode.
- Duncan and Courtney's teenage selves make an appearance in Duncan's dream.
- Additionally, this is the only episode of Total DramaRama to feature Duncan's teenage self.
- Leshawna, Harold, Izzy, Bridgette and a flight attendant break the fourth wall by looking at the audience after Leshawna points out that the whole situation they're in sounds like weak plot from a bad cartoon.
Continuity[]
- Beartop Manbelow, the villain from Double Oh Beth, appears again.
