When alien slugs show up at the daycare, one kid believes they are here to take over everyone's minds. When he is ridiculed for believing in aliens, two others learn he is telling the truth. But at the end, one is still left with an alien mind.

- Carrie and Devin from Total Drama Presents: The Ridonculous Race appear in Harold's magazine about aliens. In addition to being older, there are a few changes in Carrie and Devin's designs. There's also a silhouette of Chet in the background of the same magazine.
- Carrie now has teal eyes instead of black, has freckles, her skin is less pale and her hair is a slightly different shade.
- Devin's hair is more of a brown color instead of black, he wears sunglasses, has no soul patch or power symbol on his shirt, and he wears green pants and blue sneakers instead of blue pants and black sneakers.
- Harold, Beth and Izzy break the fourth wall by staring at the screen after Beth says that cartoons and comics are not real, referencing to how they are fictional characters on TV.
- The background for the picture day photos are re-used from Total Drama Island.
