Last proposal, I swear...
Anyways, I want to suggest an Advertising Team. A group of 3-5 people who will advertise the Wiki on: Twitter (by making an account), Facebook (by making a PAGE or running it), Youtube (by making videos on promotions, new activities etc.) and other socializing sites. Ale-Alejandro suggested a Tumblr. I'm fine with that if the advertising team wants that, too and everything will be updated often.
Finally, I want to suggest a Design team. Another group of 3-5 people who will make backgrounds, logos/wordmarks and favicons for the Wiki. They have to run the things by the admins and/or Wiki, but they will make backgrounds, logos/wordmarks and favicons if needed.

Oppose
- It seems unneeded. A lot of WM's ideas are great, but I feel like this one is going to end up like our "welcoming committee". Additionally, I feel like the more that we divide people into groups, the less of a community we are. I see no harm in advertising, but this seems a little excessive. Finally, I don't see a point in the designing team. CD-TDA has already taken the liberty of creating a new icon for the wiki, and I already provided her with multiple different backgrounds which she can feel free to use at any point in time. Basically, this just seems like an idea that won't end up working out; the more we have to do this wiki, the less organized it will be.
