Geoffrey "Geoff" was a camper in Total Drama Island as a member of the Killer Bass. He later returned as a castmate in Total Drama Action, but was not placed on a team due to his early elimination, and did not qualify for Total Drama World Tour. He was a co-host on the Total Drama Aftermath. He was seen with the original contestants on a yacht in the first episode of Total Drama: Revenge of the Island. He was also a Total Drama Presents: The Ridonculous Race contestant and one of the finalists as a member of The Surfer Dudes with Brody.

Personality

Geoff may not be the smartest contestant in the bunch, but he has a positive attitude, loves people, and is always up for any challenge Chris has in store. He has a habit of addressing everyone as "dude" or "bro/brah," depending on the gender. He is extremely fun-loving, believing that life is short and if someone "doesn't stop and have a party every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, they're going to regret it." Geoff's big heart doesn't exclude even the more reserved. However, if given enough motivation, he won't hesitate to pay people back for their misdeeds. Geoff's caring way automatically clicks with Bridgette's, and upon the formation of their relationship, the two are inseparable ever since.

In Total Drama Action, his popularity with the others is threatened when Geoff becomes a rude and egotistical "Captain Hollywood" with a personality similar to that of Chris. He mercilessly tortures the eliminated contestants on the Total Drama Aftermath chair for ratings, and even goes as far as insulting Bridgette, prompting her to end their union. It ends up being extremely short-lived though, as the group turns Geoff's own tool against him and reminds him of who he really is. He is also great at motivating people, especially his best friend Brody in the Ridonculous Race.

Total Drama Island

TDI01 Chris and Geoff pound it

Geoff arrives at Camp Wawanakwa.

Geoff is the fourth camper to arrive at Camp Wawanakwa in Not So Happy Campers—Part 1 and is placed on the Killer Bass. While the campers are having their first meal in the main lodge, Geoff asks Chris if they can have pizza instead of Chef's slop. Feeling unappreciated, Chef throws a knife at him that barely misses, forcing Geoff to withdraw his request. In Not So Happy Campers—Part 2, Geoff seems to have no problem jumping off the cliff and even seems to enjoy the challenge. When his team loses, he is amused by Ezekiel's sexist remarks but steps in to de-escalate the situation when Eva strangles the farm boy. That night, Geoff is the first camper to receive a marshmallow at the campfire ceremony.

Geoff Dodgeball Replay

Chris reenacts one of Geoff's many misfortunes on Total Drama Island.

Despite not doing very well in the early few challenges, his relaxed and friendly demeanor keeps him out of harm's way in the early elimination rounds, and gives the team some confidence to counterbalance Courtney's intense approach to leadership. This is best exemplified in Dodgebrawl, where he sympathizes with Harold, allows him to play in the final round, and gives him a pep talk that contributes greatly to the Bass' first victory. It is around this time that he tries to flirt with and impress Bridgette, but often fails at getting the message across. While pitching their tent in The Sucky Outdoors, Geoff tries to compliment Bridgette, but accidentally tells her that she pitches like a guy, causing Geoff to facepalm himself in the confessional. In Up the Creek, Geoff makes a gift for her; a heart-shaped frame with a picture of himself and Bridgette which makes Bridgette think that it was originally a picture of him and DJ but he pasted Bridgette's picture over DJ. Bridgette is unimpressed and a bit embarrassed by it and even DJ admits that he failed big time. However, after showing some bravery for pulling through his 'tragic' injury (a splinter in his leg), Bridgette begins to change her impression towards him and cherishes Geoff's gift, despite accidentally breaking it.

Djandgeoff

Geoff and DJ working together in Who Can You Trust?.

Geoff spends most of his time with his close friends, Duncan and DJ, and the three often hang out with each other. They also give each other advice on how to win over their respective love interests; Duncan to Courtney and Geoff to Bridgette. In If You Can't Take the Heat..., Geoff is nominated as head chef and is able to lead his team to victory. At the same time, the trio decides to teach Harold a lesson in hygiene by stealing his clothes, making him eat his own underwear and leaving him naked at the Dock of Shame in front of the girls. Geoff's friendship with DJ is strained in Who Can You Trust? when Geoff is assigned by DJ to take care of Bunny while he competes in the challenge. However, Geoff is rather careless as he leaves Bunny at the docks unsupervised while he and Bridgette are taking a swim. Because of this, Bunny is eaten by a snake, followed by several other predators. Geoff feels guilty for being irresponsible and tells the truth to DJ in a heartbreaking tone, who becomes saddened upon hearing this. As a result, DJ refuses to trust Geoff as he refuses to hear Geoff's instructions during the final challenge. Their friendship is revived when Duncan finds another rabbit for relieved DJ.

Disgust7

Geoff is chosen to lead his fellow men in Brunch of Disgustingness.

When the teams are divided into boys and girls in Brunch of Disgustingness, Geoff and Bridgette are sad that they will be separated. While partying with the other boys, Geoff makes a very loud burp after drinking a glass of soda. This impresses the other boys so much that they nominate him as their leader. During the eating challenge, Geoff helps Bridgette when she is having problems eating the first dish. This earns him a scolding from Duncan, but the two quickly make up. In the end, the boys win though Geoff is visibly saddened that he would not be able to see Bridgette for an entire weekend while he is on the cruise. When Eva returns in No Pain, No Game, Geoff does his best to defend Bridgette from Eva's wrath, even volunteering to sit inside a barrel of leeches for her. However, Chris declares that Geoff failed the challenge as he did not stay in the barrel for a complete 10 seconds. That night, Geoff voted for Eva under the impression that she stole his lucky hat.

Geoff and the Killer

Once again, Geoff does not fare well in Hook, Line, and Screamer.

Geoff's ineptitude in challenges continues even after the merge during which he fails several of the challenges. In Hide and Be Sneaky, Geoff joins Duncan, DJ and Owen in forming the first Guys' alliance in order to protect themselves from the girls. After the challenge ends, Bridgette becomes the alliance's primary target for elimination and Geoff reluctantly goes along with the plan. Although Bridgette is eliminated that night, Geoff admits that he didn't vote for her. Geoff and Bridgette share a moment before she takes the Boat of Losers and almost share their first kiss, but Geoff retracts at the last minute due to her foul stench. Because of his disobedience, the Guys' alliance punishes him by tying him upside down on a tree for an entire night. Geoff spends most of his time in That's Off the Chain! mourning over Bridgette's elimination, even naming his bike "Bridgette." Because of his lack of focus, he forgets to put bolts on his bike, causing DJ to crash when he uses it. Furthermore, Geoff is not successful at avoiding capture during the challenge in Hook, Line, and Screamer in what Chris describes to be the "worst blunder" as he failed to notice Chef following him from behind until the last minute. He also had problems catching a beaver in Wawanakwa Gone Wild!, but manages to catch three of them in the end.

Snapshot 2009-02-12 21-32-33

Geoff and Gwen create one last memory before Geoff's departure.

Geoff is partnered with Gwen in Trial by Tri-Armed Triathlon who finds his happy-go-lucky attitude to be annoying. They lost the first challenge when Geoff eats the food slowly while commenting on the taste. He also talks a lot while they are paddling to Boney Island and when they reach there, he uses his camera to take pictures of his surroundings, further infuriating Gwen. After a while, Gwen loses her patience and throws his camera into a lake. After a heart-to-heart talk and Gwen opens up on her feelings about her life, Geoff promises to take her to a party after the show ends. It is here that Gwen starts to warm up to Geoff. Although they complete the second challenge, they fail the third, resulting in a three-way tie. Geoff is targeted by Owen, Heather and Duncan because of his popularity with the eliminated contestants which labelled him as a threat although Duncan wanted to get back at him for disobeying him in Search and Do Not Destroy. As Geoff walks to the Boat of Losers, he and Gwen take one last picture together after Gwen gives him back his camera.

Geoff and Bridgette kissing

Geoff making out with Bridgette in Total Drama, Drama, Drama, Drama Island.

In Haute Camp-ture, Geoff is reunited with Bridgette at Playa Des Losers where they spend most of their time making out. When the eliminated contestants are discussing the final four, Geoff initially chose Owen but changes his mind and supports Duncan instead after DJ reminds him of Duncan's contribution to their team in Dodgebrawl. In The Very Last Episode, Really!, Geoff is among those who support Owen from the beginning and is one of his most active supporters, even helping him in certain parts of the challenge. In both endings, Geoff joins Owen and Duncan to throw Chris into the lake as retribution for all their sufferings throughout the season and does the same to Chef afterward.

In Total Drama, Drama, Drama, Drama Island, Geoff and Bridgette continue making out most of the time, but due to Bridgette's carelessness, she accidentally injures Geoff several times. Even after Chris announces the extra challenge, the two are more busy making out, failing to realize that the briefcase is above them at one point. The two eventually are chased to the top of the diving board from Phobia Factor by a moose and after several events, they are among the fourteen campers that qualify for Total Drama Action.

Total Drama Action

TDA027 342 T1

Geoff's first confessional in Total Drama Action.

From the moment they step out of the bus in Monster Cash, Geoff and Bridgette continue their trend of non-stop making out, not focusing on the challenge at hand. As a result, they are easily captured by the monster while using the make up confessional and are again captured easily by Chef Hatchet in Alien Resurr-eggtion. During the first Awards Ceremony of the season, the two face a double elimination and become the first two contestants to be voted off as their nonstop make-out sessions disturbed the others. Nevertheless, the couple doesn't mind and they continue to make-out all the way to the Lame-o-sine. In the exclusive clip, the two have an argument that ends in another make-out session.

Geoff and Bridgette Aftermath

Geoff and Bridgette host the Total Drama Action Aftermath.

After their elimination, Geoff and Bridgette are chosen to host a new talk show segment called the Total Drama Aftermath where they interview other castmates who have been voted off as well as the campers from the first season who did not qualify for season two. In The Aftermath: I, they primarily focus on the recent break-up of Gwen and Trent; with Geoff taking Gwen's side and Bridgette taking Trent's side. Geoff and Bridgette have their first fight due to their conflicting points of view and the situation escalates after Geoff accidentally reveals that he thinks Heather is the hottest girl on the show. After Trent is brought out and explains his side of the story, even performing a song he wrote after being dumped by Gwen, Geoff is touched to the point where he makes amends with Bridgette. The two end the show with a never-ending make-out session that lasts long after the segment ends.

Geoff pokes Gwen

Geoff begins to change for the worse while hosting the Aftermath show.

In the second aftermath, Geoff becomes obsessed with his fame as the host of the Total Drama Action Aftermath, even seeing Chris's personal trainer and Justin's dermatologist. He even spends more time in makeup than Bridgette and constantly leaves her alone on stage throughout the episode to fix his appearance. He is also obsessed with the show's ratings and does not show much concern for the contestants' integrity or emotions as he puts them on dangerous segments. As the recently eliminated contestants are interviewed, he shows no remorse in revealing many of DJ's secrets involving his alliance with Chef and probing Gwen on her break-up with Trent and her close friendship with Duncan. His behavior in this episode jeopardizes his previously stable relationship with Bridgette as she grows deeply disturbed by how he has treated all of his friends. At the end of the episode, she demands to have a talk with him, indicating that their relationship is in deep trouble.

Aftermathiii04

Geoff gets electrocuted as payback for his behavior during the Aftermaths.

In The Aftermath: III, Geoff's obsession with fame and ratings grows even more and he introduces an even more dangerous segment, called "Truth or Electric Chair" where the recently eliminated contestants are strapped to an electric chair. Seeing how he is slowly becoming a "Chris clone", Bridgette loses her patience and breaks up with him. By the end of the episode, Bridgette rallies Heather, Leshawna and Owen to strap Geoff to the electric chair in order to teach him a lesson. After a few painful shocks, Geoff admits he is wrong and apologizes to Bridgette for his action after confessing how much he loves her. Bridgette forgives him and the two start making out again as the episode ends.

As the final two compete against each other in a final sprint to the finish line in Mutiny on the Soundstage, Geoff and Bridgette wait to announce the winner, only for Duncan and Beth to reach the Aftermath Studio at the same time. Unable to solve the problem at hand, Geoff instead holds a final aftermath and shows a recap of the season as well as hidden footage of Chris. Seeing that they are unable to decide on a winner, Chris returns to the studio and replaces them as the host. This doesn't seem to bother them and when they are selected to ask the finalists a question, Geoff and Bridgette are instead shown to have sneaked backstage and are having another making out session.

GeoffTrentDummies

Geoff and Trent find a nuclear testing site.

After Total Drama Action has ended, Geoff's increasing popularity strains his relationship with Bridgette again, especially when he begins to attract many fangirls. It reaches to climax point in the airport where Bridgette smacks him for looking at another girl. However, the two quickly patch things up at a press conference and are shown to have started referring to each other in baby talk. The two are considered one of two power couples from the show (the other being Courtney and Duncan) where they appear in the cover of almost every magazine. After the bus chase ends in disaster, Geoff takes the initiative to organize a small search party to go get help. He leads the volunteers; Beth, Eva, Justin, Katie, Sadie, Trent and DJ's mother to find some help. At one point they find a house in the desert which they soon realize to be a nuclear test site. The group eventually reaches the Celebrity Manhunt studio, where Blaineley and Josh inform them that they have lost their chance to compete in Total Drama World Tour. Geoff is completely crushed upon finding out about this as he would be separated from Bridgette.

Total Drama World Tour

0Shot15

Geoff forgives Bridgette for hooking up with Alejandro, and they make out.

Geoff once again hosts the Aftermath show in Aftermath: Bridgette Over Troubled Water, this time with Blaineley as Bridgette is competing in the season. During the show, Bridgette falls in love with newcomer, Alejandro, and almost forgets about Geoff's existence. Angry at her for cheating on him, Geoff keeps stalling the show with all kinds of interviews and segments so that he wouldn't have to face Bridgette, despite Blaineley wanting to bring her out as the main guest. Eventually, after he stalls by bringing out Harold and showing "That's Gonna Leave a Mark!" clips, Bridgette is brought out. She tries to apologize to him by presenting a musical number with her song, I'm Sorry, but he does not accept her apology, and they end up fighting. Blaineley tries to turn this into a new segment with the two continuing to fight until they end up making out for the rest of the episode while Katie and Sadie watch them with joy.

Save This Show 25

Bridgette and Geoff need to raise money in order to save the show.

With Bridgette's return, she resumes her role as Geoff's co-hosts, replacing Blaineley though the latter remains in the show. In Aftermath: Revenge of the Telethon, the two hosts of a telethon attempt to raise 500,000 dollars to re-fuel the Total Drama Jumbo Jet which had run out of fuel and became stranded in Jamaica in the previous episode. Geoff becomes frustrated with the many of their attempts failing to raise a sufficient amount of money. To make matters worse, one of Blaineley's scheme had doubled their intended goal to a million dollars. In the end, desperate for donations, Geoff brings out Izzy, who had become super intelligent in the previous episode and ties her to a roulette, spinning her and forcing her to answer questions. After a while, the roulette hinges off and rolls away, crashing off-screen and a sandbag that drops on Izzy's head, returning her back to her normal insanity. After Izzy accidentally sets off a bomb and destroys the entire studio, Geoff reveals they have earned enough money and signs off the show.

Episode70-3

Geoff sings his feelings towards Blaineley.

Geoff is delighted to find out that Blaineley will no longer co-host with him in Aftermath Aftermayhem as she is traveling around the world. Much to his surprise, Blaineley reveals to have swapped places with Bridgette, and Geoff vowed revenge on Blaineley. A live feed of Bridgette reveals that Bridgette is in Siberia and will not be able to return for a while which made Geoff concerned and determined to get her back on the show. Throughout the episode, he reveals embarrassing clips and information about Blaineley, even singing a song about how he dislikes her. Geoff also tries to extend the show because she won't get paid if the show does not end on time. At the end of the episode, Geoff manages to ship Blaineley off into the competition after she technically wins the "second-chance" challenge.

In Hawaiian Style, Geoff is reunited with Bridgette at Hawaii but had problems getting closed to her due to the intervention of Bruno, the bear Bridgette took care at Siberia. Geoff also laughs at Blaineley and shows the audience a video of her getting injured after she took the Drop of Shame. Geoff watched as the contestants are divided into groups on who they are supporting and is surprised to see Courtney winning the challenge as he believes that the challenge was rigged to be impossible. In Hawaiian Punch, no matter who wins in the end, Geoff and the other contestants swim away from the island after the volcano begins to erupt.

Total Drama Presents: The Ridonculous Race

RRBG

Geoff competes with his best friend Brody due to Bridgette being in Australia.

Geoff returns for the Ridonculous Race in None Down, Eighteen to Go—Part 1, along with his fellow surfer and best friend, Brody. It is soon revealed that Bridgette is not his partner due to her surfing in Australia though he appears to be ecstatic about joining the race and exploring the world. He and Brody choose "Stairs" in the challenge and is excited that his exercise will pay off. Unfortunately, Brody gets leg cramps once they reach the top of the staircase, causing Geoff to drag Brody to the airport and they manage to get onto the third flight to Morocco.

The Surfers Dudes manage to do well for the next few challenges, managing to get sixth and third place consecutively. In French is an Eiffel Language, Geoff states that he and Brody are both "glass-half-full" kind of guys. He says that he can simply pour his glass into Brody's, and they get a full glass, as a take-that to science.

The Surfer Dudes run into trouble during Mediterranean Homesick Blues where Brody struggles with the swimming portion and ends up getting chased by a shark. They also experience engine trouble with their speedboat, to which Brody tries to fix this by holding the faulty wiring together. While the engine does start back up, Brody ends up getting repeatedly electrocuted and they come in second last place to finish the challenge. Believing that they are eliminated, the Surfer Dudes accept their defeat. However, they are happy to hear Don announce that they aren't the last team to arrive after all.

After this performance, his team improves their form for the next few episodes, placing fifth, fourth, and eighth place.

In A Tisket, a Casket, I'm Gonna Blow a Gasket, the Surfer Dudes make an attempt to ally with the Sisters. While Kitty is on board with this, Emma is still unwilling based on her recent experience with alliances. Despite Emma's unwillingness, the Surfers still aid the Sisters by "signaling" them when they find the coffins. During the gymnastics challenge, Geoff is impressed by Chet's performance. He comments to Lorenzo and that the brothers' different skills make them a great team.

Geoff and brody married

Geoff and Brody celebrate their victory.

The Surfer Dudes begin to befriend the Police Cadets in Hawaiian Honeyruin, especially MacArthur who shares the same interests as them. The Surfer Dudes manage to secure first place in the hot coal walking challenge, strengthening Geoff's friendship with Brody who even claims that he would marry Geoff all over again.

In Hello and Dubai, both Geoff and Brody are excited to discover the next location is Dubai. Once there, they chose to do the Serve challenge. After the Adversity Twins inadvertently succeed, the Surfers and Rockers applaud their victory. They end up placing ninth overall.

In Down and Outback, Geoff and Brody quickly collect ten bunnies and finish the challenge, but get held up due to Brody's feelings for MacArthur as he goes to save her. In the meantime, the Ice Dancers steal their bunnies. Due to this, the Surfers and the Cadets end up being the last teams to finish the challenge, doing so with MacArthur's help. They come in eighth place while the Cadets reach ninth. During Maori or Less, the Surfers enjoy the bungee jumping challenge, coming in fifth place.

Ice dancers surfer

The Ice Dancers trick Geoff into believing he's the weak link of the team.

The duo starts to struggle a bit as of Little Bull on the Prairie, as Brody fails to ride the mechanical bull several times, getting discouraged and saddened in the process. However, with encouragement from Geoff, he manages to pull through, getting them first place yet again. Geoff and Brody maintain a solid friendship throughout the show, despite it being put to the test in Lord of the Ring Toss, thanks to the Ice Dancers attempting to manipulate them. They worry about letting each other down which causes them to struggle during the Narwhal ring toss and igloo building challenge. Regardless of their struggles, they get their third victory of the season, which makes Brody very emotional to the point that he starts crying and hugging Don and Geoff tightly. Geoff also vows that he and Brody are going to play fair all the way to the very end.

After their third win, his and Brody's performance dips significantly throughout the next few episodes, and their focus on the game is almost non-existent. In Got Venom, the Surfers put off the challenge in order to save the Cadets but end up getting chased up a tree with them instead. They then struggle to complete the challenge after they present Don with foam from a fire extinguisher instead of venom, which leads to them getting a warning. After collecting the venom, they check in at second-to-last place. Geoff and Brody are one of the first teams to complete the task in the next episode, but decide to have fun and take turns riding the buggy, leading to them getting fifth (third-to-last).

Geoff and Brody out

Geoff and Brody are eliminated.

He and Brody narrowly escape elimination by one spot in El Bunny Supremo, after struggling with bowel issues due to their burrito and chimichanga feast. In Ca-Noodling, the Surfers form a superteam with the Sisters and the Best Friends, and work very efficiently together. However, they ultimately lose to the Axis of Evil, due to them finding the Zip-It and skipping straight to the Chill Zone. They sacrifice themselves for the Best Friends because of Devin leading them to the designated area so that they place before them in an effort to play a fair game. They are upset about their elimination, but glad that they had fun throughout the race and got to play fair all the way through, even if their friends were reluctant to share the money with them.

CARE1008271500006408 004 1280x720

The Surfer Dudes are back in the game.

Due to Devin sustaining major injuries in Last Tango in Buenos Aires, the Best Friends are forced to quit the race. In return for their sacrifice, Carrie decides to let Brody and Geoff take their place in the race. After their return, the Surfers repay the Best Friends by saying that if they win, they will split the million dollars with them. The Surfers perform very well, earning first place in Bahamarama.

Despite having their cab destroyed by the Ice Dancers early on, Geoff and Brody make up time by taking the subway to the Empire State Building instead. This puts them in the lead due to the other teams getting stuck in a traffic jam but on the way to the top of the building, Brody gets a leg cramp. After consuming a week-old banana, Brody regains his strength and take the Ice Dancers' taxi to the midpoint Chill Zone. They end up taking the directions to the wrong boathouse, but waste no time in searching for the code in the correct one. After a race with the Police Cadets, Geoff and Brody end up actually winning in the finale in their respective ending. Geoff, along with Brody are seen with all the other contestants for a final group shot throwing their money around.

Audition tape

Geoffaudition

Geoff in his audition tape.

In his audition tape, Geoff is relaxing in a beach chair, with a drink next to him. Geoff is at a "typical weeknight" party with a couple hundred friends and about seventy pizzas. Geoff then lets out a cheer and high-fives one of his friends. Geoff then goes on to say that life is over very quickly and that if you don't have a party every day of the week, you're going to regret it. Geoff then adds "peace, chill out, party," and puts his hat over his head as he lays back on his beach chair to relax once again.

Camp TV

Geoff (Camp TV)

Geoff's Camp TV design.

Geoff appeared in Total Drama Island's prototype series, Camp TV. He was one of the main characters, as he is seen in nearly every scene in the promo and promotional art. Geoff was one of the few characters who was nearly unchanged in terms of voice, design and character. Similar to the current series, Geoff was the guy who always liked to party. In Camp TV, it was Geoff who had a crush on Gwen instead of Trent, as in the promo they are seen cuddling on the dock on a beach chair. On the contrary, both Geoff and Gwen seemed to have a rivalry with Trent, as they are seen in the promo exchanging glares. In terms of design, Geoff remained unchanged aside from the overall art style and color contrast.
