Plot
Noah is playing a video game called Frozen Dragon and Owen cheers him on. Just as Noah enters the final level, everyone is amazed to see him get that far and cheers him on to beat the game. Noah defeats the final boss and wins the game. At that moment, the military shows up and their leader, Colonel McColonelson, calls for a player named Butt Thunder, which was Noah's username in Frozen Dragon. He invites Noah to Militots, a military academy for toddlers. Noah doesn't seem interested at first but changes his mind when he hears he would get his own fighter jet and imagines all the fun things he and Owen could do in it, and accepts. Bridgette asks Owen how he'll cope without Noah and Duncan tells him Noah will start drifting away from him. Owen decides to come along with Noah to Militots but can't. Noah leaves and Owen starts worrying that Duncan's warning was right and asks for his help to keep Noah from leaving. Duncan suggests they sabotage his initiation exam.
At Militots, Owen and Duncan sneak in on the tank they hid on to get there. However, Izzy has snuck in as well, looking for fun. One of the soldiers spots her and she quickly disguises herself as a general, making the soldier mistake her for such. Meanwhile, Noah's first test is to spend a certain time in a high velocity rotation capsule without throwing up. Owen fears he will easily pass it since he almost never throws up. Then he thinks of the one thing that would guarantee Noah regurgitating: a tuna bologna bleu cheese sandwich. He eats one and the smell gets into the capsule, making Noah smell it. However, he managed to stay in there just long enough to pass. Meanwhile, Izzy orders some soldiers to march while still disguised as a general.
Noah's second test is an obstacle course. He does well at it while Owen and Duncan try to ruin this one by hiding in a backpack he needs to carry to the finish line so they can make it too heavy for him to make it in time, but Noah barely makes it in time and passes this time, too. Only one test remains to determine whether or not Noah enrolls. Meanwhile, Izzy fires a missile that hits Chef's car.
Noah's third and final test is an aerial combat simulation. He has to defeat five enemy fighter jets before he is shot down. As he shoots down a few enemies, Owen and Duncan sneak into one of the simulation jets to shoot Noah down and ruin his test. Izzy sneaks in as well and has a little fun, shooting down some enemies of her own. As Noah fires down his targets, Owen and Duncan prepare to fire on him, but Owen stops at the last second and doesn't want to get in Noah's way. So, he lures the final bogey in front of Noah, and Noah shoots it down, passing the test. Owen is happy for Noah and Noah thanks his friend for his support. With that, Noah officially enrolls at Militots.
Back at daycare, Owen is sad that Noah is no longer in class with him, but Noah happens to show up, revealing he turned down the enrollment because he missed Owen too much. Not only that, but they also recruited Izzy who is flying in her own jet. She fires another missile and destroys Chef's car and motorcycle again.
