The final four face off against their greatest fears and each other to determine which of them will make it to the finale. One contestant feels lonely and alone without his buddy, which a villain tries to take advantage of to gain a new ally. One contestant is torn between his alliance with a villain and his love for his girlfriend, but he manages to win immunity by taking out both. In the end, the rest of the final four try to send home a villain, but by using a stolen immunity idol, said villain is able to dethrone a former champion instead.
Plot[]
The episode starts off with Caleb and Priya together on the dock and see two swans that look just like them. Caleb just heard some of the swans made for life and Priya believes this island isn't so bad until a shark ate one of the swans and realized this is island is terrible. But her being with Caleb is less terrible.

Priya and Caleb started walking together in the woods. Julia spies on them through a tree and they notice her as she falls. She reminds Caleb about the promise they made which enraged Priya.
| “ | [Caleb]: Remember how Julia saved me from elimination which went double immunity in that memory game? Well, in return I agreed to vote for whoever she told me to. [Priya]: [Hurting Caleb's hand] [Caleb]: Ow! P-Priya why are you crushing my hand? [Priya]: Out of love! |

Caleb wants to talk to Julia about their agreement which is that he gave her his word and their deal still stands and his grandma taught him that a person's word is their bond and counts on his vote. Priya then persuades Caleb into double crossing her against his own will.

Priya announced that it's settled that she and Caleb can win Total Drama Island together. Caleb likes that idea so he's going to break the news to Julia. Priya begs Caleb not to tell her but Caleb finds that double dishonest, so Priya asks her to have what it takes to make her think he still has an alliance then she and Caleb will vote Julia off and she'll never see it coming. Caleb asks is she wants him to lie about breaking a promise he's lying about which it is and he promises to do it.
Meanwhile, Wayne is alone in the cabin and passes a paper to a bucket with Raj's face. He misses him deeply while he's listening to sad music on his earbuds.

Julia is aware of this so she puts on a hockey costume making him think they are now best friends.
| “ | Don't judge me. I need a backup in case Caleb backs out. | ” |
Julia wants Wayne to think about that they lost their best buds so that she and Wayne should be each other's best buds. Wayne mistakes that as he asks her if she wants to get married instead which it wasn't. Julia wants Wayne to think of it like she's subbing in for Raj and he gets it, so he guesses that she's better than a bucket in someways. Wayne asked Julia if she wants to play "Spit And Catch" which is when you hark in the air as high as a cannon and when it comes down, you catch it with your mouth. Wayne starts by going first and Julia is disgusted by this. Chris announces that it's challenge and tells the campers to head to the beach while Julia runs away with disgust.
Chris congratulates the final four for making it to the second to last challenge of the season, which Chef adds that a win today grantees a spot in the finale. The challenge, which Chris named "Off the Hook", consists of four hooks with each camper wearing a harness with a hook ring. The objective is to grab a hook and use it to snag an opponent's ring. Chris adds that hooked campers get pulled from the playing area and dropped into a Tank of Terror. Wayne asks why they're called that, in which Chris asks if he's sure if he wants the answer to that question. Wayne says that he doesn't, but it's too late as Chris explains anyway, saying that the tanks contain the campers deepest fears as Chef demonstrates with the intern he hooked earlier. Julia asks how Chris knew their fears, in which Chris responds that they filled them in the application they signed.

Caleb believed that they were told to write down their fears so they wouldn't be exposed to them like allergies. Chris replies that allergies are serious and fears are hilarious. Chef adds that hooked campers must face their fears before they exit their tanks, when Chris finishes the rules saying that the first camper to be alone in the arena wins immunity. Caleb blames himself for being forthcoming with his application and starts understanding why Priya wants him to be less honest, surprising Julia when she hears this.
| “ | Less honest!? Ugh, she got to him! Maybe I can still make this work. | ” |
Julia confronts Caleb about backing out of their deal, which Caleb lies about his intentions not to. Julia explains the plan that he should hook Priya while Julia hooks Wayne. She then tells Caleb to let her hook him to win immunity and eliminate Wayne. Caleb objects to the idea of hooking his own girlfriend, but Julia believes that she won't be complaining after Wayne gets eliminated before threatening Caleb that she'll know he's planning to double cross her.
| “ | Priya did say I should do whatever it takes to make Julia believe our alliance is still on. Aw, man. | ” |
The campers grab their hooks while Priya tells Caleb their plan where Caleb hooks Julia while Priya goes after Wayne. As soon as Chris declares the challenge's start, Caleb immediately hooks Priya. This surprises Wayne, only to be hooked himself by Julia. Priya is then carried over to her terror tank, yelling at Caleb that he has some explaining to do.
| “ | Whew! I'm impressed he actually did it. Caleb really is a good guy. Terrible boyfriend, though. | ” |
| “ | My new best bud hooked me on accident! (laughs) Oh... She'll never live that one down. | ” |
| “ | She'll be fine. Do girlfriends hold grudges? | ” |
Priya is dropped off and tells herself that she can handle what Chris throws at her. However, she cowers in fear as she hears the sound of thunder.
| “ | Thunder and lightning are legit terrifying! It's called astraphobia. And it's not just toddlers and dogs! Even very capable women can have it! | ” |
Priya covers herself from the rain before she is then shocked by a lightning simulation. Caleb is outside watching, asking if Priya is okay.
| “ | Yep, there's gonna be a grudge. | ” |
Wayne is dropped off at his tank with some hockey interior. Wayne notes how nice it looks before greeting the bear behind him. Wayne tells Chris that he's not afraid of bears, but after Chris instructs the bear to put on the mask, Wayne screams as he sees the bear in a Raj mask, wearing the jersey of another hockey team, where Chris reveals Wayne's fear of Raj playing for another team.
| “ | Raj playing for the enemy is my worst nightmare! Now if I pass him the puck, it'll be a turnover! | ” |
Wayne cries, believing the bear to be Raj. But after the bear roars, Wayne accepts that it was going to happen sooner or later, which disappoints Chris believing that it was Wayne's worst fear. Wayne agrees, but thanks him for helping him come to terms with it. Wayne hugs the bear, which disgusts Chris and Chef tells him that bears can't be trusted.
| “ | Wanna go for soda after the game? (bear roars) Fine! We'll do salmon! Again! | ” |
With only Julia and Caleb remaining, Julia tells Caleb to hook himself so that him, her and Priya can head to the finale.
| “ | Not gonna lie. I don't know how far to push a lie to lie about lying. | ” |
Caleb points out that he can win so they can vote off Wayne. Julia points out that Caleb is changing the plan asks if he is planning to double cross her. Caleb was about to disagree, but he is suddenly hooked by Wayne. Julia tells Caleb and he is carried to his tank that it doesn't prove anything. Upon being dropped off, Chris tells Caleb that he believes torment is an art form and it was difficult to be creative when it comes to Caleb's fears of clown and snakes, both of which Chris believes are basic and says that Caleb is basic. Chris tells Caleb that artistic licenses were taken as Caleb screams in fear upon seeing a giant snake in clown makeup.

As Caleb screams for help, Wayne asks Julia if the scream was Caleb or Priya's. Julia says that he should check before she immediately hooks Wayne with the latter yelled "NOT AGAIN!".

Julia realizes that she's alone and believes she won, but Chef points out that Priya has just exited her tank. Priya and Julia run at each other as Priya grabs her hook and starts hook fighting with Julia to try to hook the other. Wayne is dropped off at his terror tank again and believes he's in the clear, as he gets to hang out with the bear, only to scream as he sees his team's mascot.

Wayne gets in fetal position as the intern inside the costume starts dancing. Chris adds that for fun, he filled the suit with poisonous spiders, causing both Wayne and the intern to run around screaming. Meanwhile outside, Julia and Priya's hook fight continues when Julia throws dirt and Priya's face and knocks the hook out of Priya's hands. Julia starts chasing Priya, who then grabs a hook and starts swinging so that she kicks Julia. Priya believes Julia is open, but Julia tells Priya to check her butt. Priya finds the back of her pants hooked as she gets carried away, causing Julia to believe she won. However, Chef stops the crane, pointing out that Julia didn't hook the harness. Chris checks the rule book if mega wedgies are legal, causing Priya to plead for him to put her down as he's deciding. Her screams in pain gets to Caleb, who is constricted by the clown snake. Determined, Caleb grabs the snake's tongue and starts pulling it, only for him to realize he's pulling a series of tied handkerchiefs out of its mouth, causing him to scream and faint. Outside, Chris realizes that rules are boring and declares that Priya is not counted as being hooked, putting her down. Inside of Wayne's tank, Wayne finishes up putting bandages on the intern, which surprises Chris that Wayne was able to overcome his two fears. Wayne comes out of the tank and arrives at Julia's side. The three rush at each other before Julia hooks Wayne, Wayne hooks Priya and Priya hooks Julia, causing all three to be carried away. with Wayne yelling "NOT AGAIN!" once more.

As Priya is dropped off at her tank and gets shocked again, Julia is dropped off at hers, landing on marmalade. Once Julia realizes it's jam for old people, Leshawna's Grandmother, Pete and Gerry pop up, with Pete remarking they now have a fourth player for bridge, causing Julia to scream in terror.
| “ | There's nothing scarier than old people! Their sole purpose is to remind the young and beautiful it won't last forever. | ” |
Julia screams that she will always be young and beautiful, but Leshawna's Grandmother says that it's what they all thought too. Chef points out how shallow Julia is when Chris agrees that they have to accept aging, pointing out the fact that he had no work done. Chef is about to drop Wayne off at his tank, but Chris stops him, saying Wayne won't get scared and will grow as a person. Chef tells Chris that he'll drop Wayne in at Caleb's tank. Inside, Caleb is traumatized as he is about to be eaten by the clown snake, but Wayne landing on it causes it to spit Caleb out. Chris is disappointed, but Chef points out that the arena is empty, meaning that the first player to exit their tank wins. However, Caleb and Priya exit at the same time, much to Priya's chagrin as if Caleb had waited one second, Priya would have won. Julia pops up and all three grab their hooks, with Julia and Priya arguing about Caleb being a man of his word. Julia wants Caleb to prove by letting her win, but Priya points out that she's his girlfriend. The two then asks what Caleb is planning to do.

In an attempt to end the conversation, Caleb grabs another hook and hooks Priya and Julia, causing both girls to get carried away. As Caleb was the only one left in the arena, he ends up winning the challenge and immunity. Priya and Julia both fell in terror tanks causing Priya and Julia to scream as they face their worst fears again. As Priya screams as she gets electrocuted, Caleb apologizes to her for this. Chris announces that after what Caleb did, he's going to need that immunity saying that he wouldn't want to be him. Meanwhile, Wayne is inside the snake, saying he can't find the zipper.
| “ | [Priya]: It's honestly fine. I was wrong to put Caleb into that position in the first place. But if he chose to electrocute himself in solidarity, that'd be cool too. [Caleb]: (laughs nervously) |

Caleb has won immunity and had secured himself a spot in the finale. Chris wonders who is going home tonight and thinks that Julia’s getting the boot, but, decides to recap the contestants' worst performances of the day and with that, Chef starts explaining why the remaining three campers would be at risk of elimination. Chef tells Wayne that he got Julia to do a made-up game which involves spitting in your own mouth. Wayne insists that it's a real game and proceeds to prepare a spit, disgusting the other three contestants. Priya was called out for getting shocked by lightning a lot and Chef asked her if she can now see the future, to which Priya declares that she has one prediction: Julia is going home. And finally, Julia was at risk for pressuring Caleb into hooking Priya into a terror tank, repeatedly hooking Wayne despite the fact that they’re supposed to be allies and she gave Priya the worst wedgie the show has ever seen in at least a week.

Chris gives Caleb a marshmallow and in a shocking surprise, he gives another one to Wayne, which surprises Caleb into asking how that's a shock. Chris remarks that he thought that Wayne had no chance of making it to the finals, in which everyone else agreed and Wayne is delighted about this. Priya receives the last marshmallow and rubs it in Julia’s face. But before Priya was about to eat her marshmallow however, Julia reveals that she had the immunity idol, nullifying all votes against her, much to everyone’s major shock, but what even more shocking, Chris reveals that her vote is the sole valid one. With Julia's sole vote, Priya is eliminated. Julia takes Priya’s marshmallow and thanks her and taunts Caleb, telling him that had he let her win, Wayne would have been eliminated instead and tells Caleb to have fun living with that.
| “ | Nah, that's not true. No way would I go into the final against a legit showmance couple. I just like messing with their heads. (cruelly giggles) | ” |
Caleb tells a devastated Priya that he promised he’ll win this for her. Chris tells Priya to follow him to the Dock of Shame.
| “ | To make it this far and fail really hurts. But, I still have the million dollars from last season, and I have Caleb! What else could I really ask for? I mean, other than REVENGE?! | ” |
Caleb wants to have one more kiss before Priya takes the Drone of Despair, which Chris remarks as gross. But instead of a kiss, Priya angrily tells Caleb to crush Julia and get revenge on her for kicking her off, causing Caleb to get scared of her sudden anger. As the Drone of Despair takes Priya away, she tearfully tells Caleb to avenge her. Chris said "That was way better than a kiss!" as he signs off the episode!

- This episode marks the second time in Total Drama Island (2024) that there has been a cameo appearance from a contestant from the spin-off.
- This is also the third episode to do so, with the first being Drown Town Abbey from the previous season and the second being Working K9 to 5 from this season.
- With Priya's elimination, all contestants of the fourth generation have taken the Drone of Despair.
- Additionally, all former members of the Ferocious Trout have been eliminated.
- This is the first and only episode in which Wayne appears without Raj.
- It is also the only episode this season in which Raj does not appear, despite being mentioned and appearing briefly in the recap.
- In this episode, Pete is voiced by David Huband (who voiced Gerry in The Ridonculous Race) instead of Adrian Truss.
