The Second Guys' Alliance forms.

The Second Guys' Alliance was an alliance formed by Justin in Super Hero-ld. After noticing that girls outnumber boys in the contest, Justin recruits Harold and Duncan to join. This is related to the the first guys' alliance.
After the superhero challenge, the guys try to decide on which of the girls they want to eliminate. Justin wants Courtney off, but Duncan reminds him that she had invincibility. Duncan suggests getting rid of LeShawna, much to Harold's refusal. After Courtney (who was convinced by Duncan) convinces Harold to send LeShawna home, Harold votes her off. The Guys prevail and LeShawna is voted off, to the other girls' surprise, but Harold confesses his actions to LeShawna and begs for forgiveness. She forgave Harold before leaving the show.
Justin and Duncan fight over Princess Courtney.
Duncan is out of the alliance in Princess Pride when he and Justin start fighting over Courtney. In the final challenge, Harold and Justin keep the alliance going to defeat Duncan, but then Justin backstabs Harold. When Justin is eliminated, Harold and Duncan show no concern, signaling an end of the alliance.

Trivia
- This is the Total Drama Action equivalent of the original Guys' Alliance, and was formed under similar circumstances.
- Duncan is the only member of both alliances.
- Coincidentally, both of the Guys' Alliances started on the seventeenth episode of both seasons, and appeared to dissolve two episodes after.
- Also can be noted the Guys' Alliance always started after the teams were dissolved and the fact that the boys are always less than the girls in both Total Dram Island and Total Drama Action. Also, one person in the alliance each season tried to vote out someone who had Invincibility.
- Every member of the alliance was already part of another alliance.
- Their only target became LeShawna, however Harold did not agree with either Duncan and Justin. In doing so, instead he was convinced by Courtney (who was convinced by Duncan) to vote her off the game.
- This alliance resembles Heather's alliance in the first season, though not as sucessful. Justin, who is an antagonist in Total Drama Action, is Heather's counterpart, while Duncan is Lindsay's, and Harold is Beth's.
- So far, the Guys' alliance in both seasons have been responsible for breaking up a member with their girlfriend.
- Strangely, the alliance's first target has been in a relationship with one of its members who ask for their forgiveness.
- With Justin's elimination, the alliance is abolished.
- Ironically, Justin was eliminated by being lead on by someone who pretended to have a relationship with him (Courtney).
- For the second time in a row, the leader of the alliance has been the first one voted off, the other being LeShawna.
- Justin is the first one voted off in this alliance, the same with his alliance with Beth and Lindsay.
- It should be noted that Justin and Harold appear on the line "Pack your bags because I already won," in the theme song. Harold in Total Drama Island, and Justin in Total Drama Action.
- In both guys alliances, a member wins the season.
