- Laurie Elliott, Terry McGurrin and Keith Oliver are the only staff members to voice a character on the show:
- Elliott voiced Jo in Revenge of the Island and All-Stars.
- Oliver voiced Alejandro in the Drama Machine for the post-credits scene at the end of "Hawaiian Punch" (World Tour).
- McGurrin voiced Don in The Ridonculous Race and will voice Chris starting from Total Drama Island (2023) onwards.
- In Total Drama, Alejandro, Chef, and Chris are the only characters to have two or more different voice actors.
- Alejandro was originally voiced by Marco Grazzini in World Tour before Keith Oliver voiced Alejandro in the World Tour season finale when he was placed inside the Drama Machine. He is then replaced by Alex House in All-Stars.
- Chef was originally voiced by Clé Bennett from Island to Pakhitew Island with him being replaced by Deven Mack starting from Island (2023), who also voiced Chef in Total Dramarama.
- Chris was originally voiced by Christian Potenza from Total Drama Island (2007) to Total DramaRama before being replaced by Terry McGurrin from Total Drama Island (2023).
